I wrote the lyrics for this song from my heart - what came out was a deep longing for growth and freedom, yet a sadness in the struggle to make that realized. This song is about my process of realizing my power. It is also my call to a greater power, and my reminder that everything is going to be ok because I can never fully lose myself. I knew I wanted this song to sound as organic, intimate and emotional as possible, so I got my hands on a real piano and harp, and recorded live.
